Business School Showdown!

It’s a rather well-known fact that sports do wonders for increasing a school’s national visibility. However, athletic events are tied to the main campus; they don’t ever really get tied the business schools. Enter CNBC and their “Fast Money MBA Challenge” game show.

This show will pit teams from eight business schools across the country against each other in a variety of rounds. As the teams answer questions correctly, they’ll get more money in their team’s “portfolio”. This virtual money is then “invested” (wagered) in subsequent rounds, with the most successful team being the overall winners. The winning team gets $200,000 to split amongst themselves, to pay for education costs.

Participating Schools: UCLA, Yale, Columbia, Dartmouth, MIT, NYU, Chicago, and Texas
