Environmental Business

There are many opportunities that arise for you once you get your MBA, but here’s one you may not have been familiar with: environmental advocate. Many people are beginning to see just how they can channel their MBA experience into environmental activism, and some schools (such as the University of Michigan’s Erb Institute) even offer “dual-degree” programs that focus on these lines. Demand for this kind of dual-focus is present in both non-profit organizations and for-profit companies. Non-profit organizations can channel the business skills into securing coveted government grant money, while the companies channel the environmental focus to put themselves in a better business position. Either way you want to go, your dual-skills will be an asset.

So go out there, get your MBA, and protect the environment!
